Matt Barnes has been working in the healthcare industry since 2017. Matt started at IDR, Inc. as a recruiter and then transitioned to various roles within the company, including account manager and senior account manager in the healthcare division. In 2021, Matt became the Director of Operations at IDR Healthcare, a subsidiary of IDR, Inc. Their main responsibility is connecting travel nurses with hospitals and healthcare facilities across the nation. Matt's work experience demonstrates their expertise in healthcare operations and account management.
