Anna Burton

Anna is an innovator dedicated to building a world-class recruiting organization and creating the next generation of IDR leaders. Following her graduation from Middle Tennessee State University with a degree in Marketing, Anna joined IDR’s Nashville office as a Recruiter in 2010. She spent four years in Recruiting and Account Management before taking on the role of Delivery Manager.

As one of the first Delivery Managers in the organization, Anna was instrumental in creating the recruiter training material, as well as streamlining many internal processes. Since 2013, she has progressed through IDR’s ranks and, in January of 2020, was promoted to Vice President of Delivery. In this new role, Anna will lead the Delivery team and help foster a new generation of talent.
