Hailey Phillips

Hailey Phillips currently serves as the Director of Recruiting at IDR, Inc., a management and technology consulting organization, a position held since January 2017. Throughout their tenure at IDR, Hailey has progressed through various roles including Recruiting Team Lead, Senior Recruiter, and Recruiter II, demonstrating expertise in managing enterprise-level client IT staffing needs. Prior to this, Hailey gained valuable experience as a Recruiter Intern at IDR, Inc. in the summer of 2016. Hailey holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business with a focus on Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Auburn University.
