Shelby Steen

Shelby Steen is a versatile recruiter with extensive experience in talent acquisition and client relations. Currently serving as a recruiter at Amazon since April 2022 and as a corporate recruiter at Asurion since November 2020, Shelby also holds a position as a recruiter II at IDR, Inc. since June 2019. At IDR, the focus is on managing enterprise-level clients and fulfilling their IT staffing needs. Previous experience includes a managerial role at Bella's Bridal and Formal, where responsibilities included vendor relations and inventory management, as well as a client relations representative position at SCI, Inc., where report creation and customer service were key tasks.
