Carina Eriksson

Carina Eriksson currently serves as the Managed Services Team Lead at IDR, a position held since September 2022, following a brief tenure as the Managed Services Deputy Team Lead. With a strong background in KYC compliance, risk assessment, and financial analysis, Carina is well-versed in AML regulations and team management. Prior experience includes roles as a Legal Associate at Exigent Group Limited and a Legal Advisor at First Group ZA, as well as various legal positions at Cox Yeats Attorneys, the High Court of South Africa, and Berkowitz Cohen Wartski Attorneys. Carina began a legal career as a Candidate Attorney, following work as a Data Capturer and Archivist at the International Criminal Court. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Laws from the University of KwaZulu-Natal and a Bachelor of Social Science in Psychology and International Relations from the University of Cape Town.
