Ray Ball

Ray Ball has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Ray currently serves as the Chief People Officer at iDrive Logistics since February 2023. Previously, in 2022, they worked as an HR Consultant, collaborating with small to mid-sized companies, enhancing HR compliance tools, and designing equity plans.

From 2015 to 2022, Ray held various roles at Domo, Inc., including VP of Human Resources, Director of Talent Management, and Senior HR Manager. Here, they managed HR programs, partnered with company leaders in people initiatives, and oversaw compensation programs and processes.

Before joining Domo, Inc., Ray worked at Microsoft as an HR Manager supporting the Development teams within the Windows/OSG division from 2013 to 2015.

From 2007 to 2012, Ray served as an HR Business Partner at Adobe Systems, particularly focusing on the Omniture/Digital Marketing Business Unit. In this role, they supported multiple departments, contributed to talent management, employee relations, and strategic management initiatives.

Prior to Adobe, Ray had HR generalist and specialist roles at SirsiDynix, General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems, Attachmate, and Zones, Inc.

Their career began in 1999 as a Crew Lead at United Van Lines. Overall, Ray Ball brings extensive experience in HR consulting, talent management, and HR leadership roles to their current position at iDrive Logistics.

Ray Ball has a Master of Science degree in Human Resources from Utah State University - Jon M. Huntsman School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from the University of Washington.
