Ray Ball has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Ray currently serves as the Chief People Officer at iDrive Logistics since February 2023. Their career began in 1999 as a Crew Lead at United Van Lines. Overall, Ray Ball brings extensive experience in HR consulting, talent management, and HR leadership roles to their current position at iDrive Logistics.

Ray Ball has a Master of Science degree in Human Resources from Utah State University - Jon M. Huntsman School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from the University of Washington.
