Florentina-Madalina Oanca started their work experience in 2014 as a Practice at Raiffeisen Bank Romania. In 2016, they joined Enea Global Services as an Executive Assistant and worked there until 2018. In 2018, they became a Project Manager at idrive AI, where they are currently employed.

Florentina-Madalina Oanca completed their undergraduate studies at the University of Bucharest from 2012 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. Following that, they attended Academia de Studii Economice din București from 2015 to 2017 and completed their Master's degree in Management Consulting and Business Development.

In terms of certifications, Florentina-Madalina Oanca obtained the "Programator Web 1 (HTML+CSS)" certification from Crystal Mind Academy in January 2018. Florentina-Madalina later earned the certification in "Introduction to Software Product Management" from Coursera in April 2019, followed by "Software Processes and Agile Practices" from Coursera in July 2019. Their most recent certification is in "Digital Project Management" from Udacity, which they obtained in March 2023.
