Nick Avossa

Nick Avossa has a diverse work experience in various roles related to solutions engineering and sales. Most recently, they served as the Head of Solutions Engineering at AbbaDox starting in October 2022. Prior to that, they were the Head of Solutions Engineering, North America at ActiveOps from November 2021 to October 2022.

Before joining ActiveOps, Nick worked at Exago Inc. where they held several positions. Nick started as a Support Analyst in October 2015 and later became a Sales Engineer. In these roles, they resolved client issues, provided product demonstrations, and developed process improvements for product evaluations. Nick also played a key role in migrating to a new ticketing system. In January 2019, they were promoted to Sales Engineering Manager, where they provided strategic guidance to the sales team and managed the Sales Engineering team. In March 2020, they become Senior Director of Solutions Engineering, representing the Sales department and contributing to interdepartmental initiatives.

Additionally, Nick has experience outside the tech industry. Nick worked as a Peer Tutor Supervisor at Academic Support and Achievement, where they managed the peer tutor office and co-authored an operational manual for the position.

Nick Avossa received a Bachelor's degree in Professional Writing from the State University of New York Cortland from 2011 to 2015. In addition, they obtained a Salesforce Trailhead - Ranger certification in August 2018 from Trailhead by Salesforce.
