Rachel Dagan has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Rachel started their career in 1986 as a Sales Associate at Lanas Filtex SA de CV, where they worked until 1989. In 1995, they founded Alegro Montessori and served as the Founder and Director until 2000. Rachel then joined Chef Patricia Quintana as an Assistance Sous Chef from 1997 to 1999. In 2002, they started their own company called Food with a twist!, where they were the CEO and Founder until 2005. In 2009, Rachel joined Integrated Document Solution as the Executive Director Corporate Events Coordinator, a role they continue to hold. Since 2014, they have been the CEO of Rachel's Jars.

From 2000 to 2004, Rachel attended The Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale and earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Restaurant, Culinary, and Catering Management/Manager.

During the same time, from 2000 to 2002, Rachel also received a Diploma in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from The Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale.

In 1997 and 1999, Rachel attended Callebaut Chocolate Courses, where they specialized in advanced chocolate confections.

From 1994 to 1999, Rachel took cooking classes with Chef Monica Patiño, focusing on food preparation, professional cooking, and kitchen assistant skills.

In 1992 and 1999, Rachel participated in a cooking course with Chef Patricia Quintana, specializing in food preparation, professional cooking, and kitchen assistant skills.

In 1997, Rachel attended Cour de Cuisine Paul Bocuse and obtained a Diplôme in Culinary Arts/Chef Training.

In 1996, Rachel took cooking courses with Chef Jacques Torres, where they focused on advanced pastry and sugar design.

In 1992 and 1993, Rachel earned a Diploma in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Universidad Anáhuac.

From 1990 to 1991, Rachel obtained a Diploma in Development Economics and International Development from Universidad Anáhuac.

From 1986 to 1990, Rachel attended Universidad Anáhuac and graduated with a Bachelor of Hospitality Management in Business Administration and Management, General.

Rachel continued their education by taking advanced cooking courses with Chef Michelle Bernstein, starting in 2000.
