Mireille Lesak has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Starting in 2005, they worked as a Technician at Snecma, where they gained experience in producing parts and familiarizing herself with business techniques. In 2006, they worked as a Project Manager junior at Campus Création, followed by a role as an Assistant Research Engineer at Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1, where they familiarized herself with equipment and powder recognition techniques.
From 2007 to 2009, Mireille worked at SOCIETE MEDITERRANEENNE DE BATIMENT ET DE RENOVATION SMBR as an Assistant Engineer Material Engineering, focusing on issues related to salts in reinforced concrete masonry. Mireille also gained proficiency in Autocad software and specialized construction site safety sheets creation.
In 2008, they joined Groupe Qualiconsult as a Chargée d'Affaires Bâtiment, where they managed projects, handled customer and time management, produced analysis reports, quotes, and Autocad plans. Mireille was also responsible for visual diagnostics of building conditions and verifying compliance standards for accessibility for people with reduced mobility.
From 2012 to 2014, Mireille worked at IDS North America as a Designer of Instrument Flight Procedures, designing RNAV procedures based on performance navigation criteria.
Lastly, they joined IDS Ingegneria Dei Sistemi S.p.A in 2014 as a Designer/Verifier of Instrument Flight Procedures, where they continued to design and verify RNAV procedures using TP308/GPH 209 criteria, including LPV, LNAV/VNAV, LNAV, MSA, TAA, Circling, 100NM Safe Altitude, RNAV and CONV departure, STAR, and AIRWAYS.
Throughout their career, Mireille has gained a comprehensive understanding of project management, customer management, and time management. Mireille has also developed proficiency in Autocad software and various engineering techniques.
Mireille Lesak's education history begins in 2002 when they attended Paris-Sud University (Paris XI) and obtained a university's degree in Physics, Mathematics, and Chemicals. In 2004, they furthered their education at Polytech Lyon (ISTL) and graduated with an Engineer's Master degree in Materials Engineering in 2007. In 2009, Mireille attended the International Language Schools of Canada and received a Certificat in English. Mireille then pursued specialized training in aeronautical design, attending MDA aviation in 2012 and obtaining a degree in Qualified Aeronautical Designer. In 2015, Mireille completed additional training at MDA aviation, earning an Upgrade Diploma of Instrument Procedure Designer in Aeronautical Design.
