Debbie Wang

Debbie will be responsible for the overall Human Resources function at idsMED and is expected to lead Country HR Managers and a Corporate HR team in KL, to bring HR to a new level of expertise and operations excellence. Before joining idsMED, Debbie was the CHRO of OSK Holdings Berhad, a Malaysian conglomerate with 2,000 employees. During her stint with OSK, she developed and implemented a 3-year plan to transform the HR function through digitizing and streamlining work process to improve operational efficiency.

Debbie started her career with Intel Malaysia where she developed an all-round exposure in recruitment, employee engagement and training & development. She later took up various senior HR positions with companies including Jobstreet.Com as well as Sunway Berhad where she took group-wide and regional roles with solid experience in implementing strategic initiatives.
