Oleksandr Samchuk

Oleksandr Samchuk is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in people operations and project management across various sectors. Currently serving as People Operations Manager at the Reforms Support Office of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine since June 2023, Oleksandr has also held the position of Officer in the Armed Forces of Ukraine since March 2022. Throughout a notable career, Oleksandr has managed significant projects at IDS Borjomi Ukraine, focusing on implementing sales force automation software, organizing audit processes, and developing marketing programs. Previous roles include HR Business Partner at KERNEL and Head of Organizational Development at MTI Shoes and Apparel Division, where Oleksandr contributed to HR practices amidst organizational changes. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Programming from Kyiv Marine Academy.
