Colton Trautz

Colton Trautz has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Colton started their career as a Tax Intern at MacFarlane, Faletti & Co. LLP, where they managed tax returns for Santa Barbara businesses. Colton then worked as an Office Manager at Jones, Wheeler & Co., primarily handling appointments and phone calls while also contributing to large CPA audits.

Colton then transitioned to the technology sector, joining ID CyberCenter as a Software Engineer. In this role, they handled DevOps, performed web development tasks, and managed the CRM.

Afterward, Colton joined ONTRAPORT as a Quality Assurance Engineer. During their 9+ years at the company, they took on various roles, starting in Customer Support and eventually specializing in quality assurance.

Currently, Colton serves as the Chief Technology Officer at IDSeal. In this position, they have assembled a development team, managed projects and products, and worked on GDPR compliance for the company's cloud infrastructure setup in multiple EU countries. Colton has also implemented proper node structure and security measures.

From 2008 to 2016, Colton Trautz attended Santa Barbara City College, where they are currently earning an Associate of Science degree in Computer Science.
