Arifa Tan

Arifa Tan is the current CEO of IDStar Cipta Teknologi. Arifa has previous experience working as the Director of Operations for PHINCON from January 2008 to July 2018. In this role, they were responsible for building new businesses or products, selling, monitoring, developing people and ensuring profit and service delivery. From December 2012 to August 2017, Arifa was a shareholder and division head for PT Menumate Indonesia. In April 2018, they became the President of Ika binus and held this position for one month. From July 2016 to June 2018, Arifa was the Ketua for Yayasan Gema Kasih dan Harapan.

Arifa Tan has a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Universitas Bina Nusantara (Binus), a Master of Education (MPd) in Education from Universitas Pelita Harapan (UPH), and is Siebel Certified in Siebel Essential 7.7 from Oracle University. Arifa is also a Coach in Physical Education Teaching and Coaching from Newfield Asia, and has a certification in Business Administration and Management, General, from Cxo rapid.
