Esti W. has a vast work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Esti started their career at Premium Marketing Headquarters as a Sales Program Coordinator in 1979. Esti then worked as a Product Manager at Citibank from 1981 to 1984. Esti then joined Bank Leumi Le-Israel, Regional Management as the Director of Marketing from 1984 to 1985. Esti then joined Chase Manhattan Bank as Vice President, BankCard Marketing from 1985 to 1996. Esti's next role was at MobileComm where they served as the Vice President of Customer Relationship Management from 1996 to 1999. Esti then joined Arch Wireless as the Vice President of Marketing and Product Management from 1999 to 2002. Esti's most recent role was at IDT Corporation, where they served as the Executive Vice President, Product Management from 2002 onwards and later also as the Senior Vice President, Managing Director. In this role, they were responsible for product development, strategic partnerships, and market delivery, with a focus on fintech and payment services. Esti also built the Direct to Consumer channel supporting mobile commerce and served as the architect of channel and product segmentation strategy at MobileComm.

Esti W. attended Wayne State University from 1979 to 1980 where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing. Esti then pursued their Master of Business Administration degree in Marketing at Baruch College from 1981 to 1984. Later, from 1986 to 1988, Esti W. studied Interactive Telecommunications at New York University.
