Marco Sinatura has extensive experience in strategy, innovation, and planning roles. Marco currently serves as the Chief Strategy & Innovation Officer at iD\TBWA, where they lead various departments and helps clients and the agency achieve sustainable growth. Marco is skilled in developing growth strategies, applying disruption methodology, managing people, and analyzing market behaviors and trends. Marco also oversees the Innovation laboratory and aligns TBWA Global Network objectives with the agency's local growth strategy. Prior to their current role, Marco held positions as an Executive Strategy and Innovation Director and Head of Strategic Planning. Earlier in their career, they co-founded HEX Brands, a full-service startup specializing in t-shirt sales, and Santo Rock, a digital native brand focused on Rock n Roll merchandise. Marco also gained experience at Razorfish Global, Ogilvy Brasil, Nokia, and Unilever, where they contributed to media strategies, research modeling, and marketing coordination.
Marco Sinatura participated in the MIT Sloan Executive Education program in 2020, where they focused on Corporate Innovation and Strategies for Leveraging Ecosystems. Marco previously attended the Universidade de São Paulo from 2004 to 2007, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Communication with a specialization in Advertising.
