Yu-Han Chang

Yu-Han Chang, PhD, is a seasoned semiconductor expert currently serving as a Principal Technology Analyst and Semiconductor Lead at IDTechEx since January 2021. Specializing in semiconductor manufacturing and packaging for high-performance computing and next-generation telecommunications, Yu-Han has authored significant reports, including "Advanced Semiconductor Packaging." Previously, experience includes roles as a Senior Technology Analyst and Technology Analyst at IDTechEx, alongside a PhD research position at Imperial College London focused on photophysics in semiconductor materials.
