Jurriaan Kaart is an experienced professional in the production and marketing sectors, currently serving as a Producer at ICP since April 2024. Additionally, Jurriaan is involved with the Artist team at AWAKENINGS Festival from October 2022 and works as an SEO marketer at Overstappen.nl since September 2022. Previous experience includes serving as a Production Assistant for the Christmas Music Gala 2021 at idtv and being part of the Stage Crew for the Eurovision Song Contest in May 2021.

IDTV has about 75 permanent employees, who work for the company's various departments. The remaining employees work on various productions in variable teams put together for specific purposes.
