Concepción Galdon PhD serves as the Vice-Dean of Business with Purpose at IE Business School, where the focus is on cultivating responsible business professionals dedicated to positive global impact. Concepción directs the IE Center for Social Innovation and Sustainability, promoting collaboration for social good and advancing sustainable impact in academic content. With extensive experience in social entrepreneurship, Concepción co-founded Puentes Global to enhance employability for disadvantaged groups.
