Salvador Aragon is the Chief Innovation Officer at IE Business School. Salvador has over 20 years of experience in the field of research and consultancy. Prior to their current role, they were the Research & Consultancy Director at Infoempleo.com, one of the largest job search engines in Spain. Salvador has also worked as a Project & Research Coordinator at Circulo de Progreso, a leading Spanish think-tank. Salvador has a deep understanding of the Spanish labor market and is a respected thought leader in the field of HR and recruiting.

Salvador Aragon has earned a Ph.D. in Innovation Management & Governance from IE University as well as an MBA in Management from IE Business School. Salvador also holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from University of Navarra.
