Vivek Yadav

Vivek Yadav is currently an MBA student at IE Business School, where Vivek is a recipient of the IE Scholarship for Technology & Innovation and serves as a Board Member of the IE Consulting Club. Prior experience includes a role as a Specialist in Customer Support at stakefish, where Vivek optimized the user ticket life cycle through CRM implementation. At CoinDCX, Vivek held multiple positions, culminating as Senior Manager in Customer Success, where responsibilities included managing teams across the product life cycle and designing a ticket tracking system to handle high volumes of requests. Earlier positions in technical support at Koinex and Anglo-Eastern showcased expertise in customer service and maritime navigation, supported by a Bachelor's degree in Nautical Science from Indian Maritime University.
