John Cuzzupi

John Cuzzupi is an experienced Change Lead and consultant with a strong background in delivering change management across various sectors, including health insurance, education, and public services. Currently serving as a Change Lead for the Indigo Program at the Australian Electoral Commission, John focuses on IT modernisation initiatives while collaborating with IT and business teams.
