Paulo Ferraz

Paulo Ferraz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business management and telecommunications. Currently serving as Sócio Diretor at IE Intercâmbio no Exterior, Paulo has focused on international education sales and consulting since July 2014. Prior to this role, Paulo was the Director of Technology and Co-Owner at Empresa Brasileira de Negócios & Associados Ltda., where operations in telecommunications and customer service were streamlined for major clients from 2002 to 2013. Paulo's career in telecommunications began at Telerj and Telemar Norte Leste, where managerial roles encompassed operations and client services, particularly for large accounts.
