Kapil Madan

Kapil Madan has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Kapil is currently the Founder & Chairperson of Dynamatix, a company specializing in risk, controls, compliance, audit, and process automation. At Dynamatix, Kapil is responsible for overseeing the development of innovative and comprehensive solutions such as Risk Hawk, Flexy, and Catura. Prior to this, Kapil founded and served as a Board Director at IE Hub, a web portal focused on empowering UK individuals in financial difficulty.

Before their entrepreneurial ventures, Kapil held significant roles in the banking industry. Kapil worked at Lloyds Banking Group as an Integration Director and Programme Director, where they successfully led the integration of retail risk divisions for LTSB and HBOS, involving the migration of 30 million customers. Additionally, they managed large portfolios of risk and fraud integration and transformation projects.

Kapil's experience in the banking sector also includes working as a Consultant at Metro Bank (UK), where they played a crucial role in launching the first startup high street bank in the UK in 150 years. Kapil has also worked as a Senior Consultant at Euristix, where they gained expertise in their field.

Earlier in their career, Kapil served as a Senior Development Manager at Oracle and as a Software Engineer at Robert Bosch India Ltd. These roles provided him with a strong technical foundation and valuable experience in software development.

Kapil Madan completed their education with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Strategy & Finance from Alliance Manchester Business School between 2004 and 2006. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka from 1993 to 1997.
