Joe R.

Joe R. is an experienced professional in the field of digital delivery and design, currently serving as the Director of Digital Delivery at IEA Inc. since December 2023. Previously, Joe held the position of Senior BIM Specialist at HDR from May 2023 to December 2023. From September 2017 to May 2023, Joe worked at Jacobs as a Senior Roadway Designer and Bentley Digital Delivery Lead, as well as a Senior Roadway Designer and CADD Manager. Joe's earlier experience includes six years as a Senior Designer at Cobb, Fendley & Associates, Inc. and four years as a Civil Designer at Civil Associates Inc. Joe earned a degree from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez, completing studies from 2004 to 2010.
