Kyle Moynihan, P.E., CFM has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Kyle is currently serving as the Director of Municipal Services at IEA Inc. since December 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Project Manager, P.E., CFM at the same company from August 2019 to December 2021.

Before joining IEA Inc., Kyle worked at Garver as a Project Engineer, P.E., CFM from March 2017 to August 2019. Kyle also gained experience as a Design Engineer, P.E., CFM at Nathan D. Maier Consulting Engineers from August 2015 to February 2017.

Earlier in their career, Kyle served as a Water Resources Engineer, CFM at Dewberry from January 2014 to August 2015. Kyle also worked as a Graduate Researcher at Auburn University from January 2012 to December 2013. Kyle Moynihan, P.E., CFM received their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Civil Engineering from Auburn University, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. Following that, they pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Hydrology and Water Resources Science at Auburn University, completing their studies in 2013. In January 2017, they obtained certification as a Professional Engineer from the Texas Board of Professional Engineers.
