Bas Mulder is currently a Board Member of the UCA International Users Group and a Principal Specialist focusing on digital substations at DNV. With experience dating back to 2005, Bas has worked on developing and maintaining the IEC 61850 standard within various roles at the International Electrotechnical Commission and served as a Senior Consultant at DNV GL. They have contributed to substation automation and communication protocols while managing procurement and tenders. Bas holds a background in ICT education from Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen.
