Anastasia Oikonomoula is currently the Head of the E+ Department and a Senior Proposal and Networking Manager at iED - Institute of Entrepreneurship Development. Prior to this role, Anastasia held positions such as Project Manager at Kainotomia - Lifelong Learning Centre, Project Manager at NEW CHAPTER-Network of cooperation against Hate, and Youth Worker - EU Partnerships Coordinator at Youthnet Hellas NGO. With a background in sociology of law and European law, Anastasia has also interned at the UNESCO Chair on Intercultural Policy and held various administrative and customer service roles in different organizations.

Who we are The Institute of Entrepreneurship Development (iED) is a research organisation committed to the promotion of innovation and the enhancement of the entrepreneurial spirit. By recognizing entrepreneurship as a crucial factor in the development and cohesion of societies, we conduct research and we provide innovative solutions that facilitate the growth of sustainable economy and employment. Our past iED was set up in 2005 by a small group of visionaries in order to promote entrepreneurship as a key factor for the social and economic prosperity in societies. Since then, is considered one of the most pioneer entities in the field. Our participation in numerous projects gave us the opportunity to produce and collect a large number of innovative tools and products in all aspects of entrepreneurship and lifelong learning, available to be further processed and utilized. Future Ambitions Utilizing its experience gained from more than 150 large-scale international projects, iED is aiming to establish new collaborations in the field of EU funding programmes in order to raise innovation in the entrepreneurial sector. The organization’s agenda is set all these years towards the development of targeted projects which will have a valuable impact on primary research and sustainable society. Our Research Lab IED taking into consideration the market and society needs, orients its activities towards research targeting to countable results and impact; cultivating thus a society of applied innovation. The years coming will be dedicated to specific actions that will take research forward and contribute to society’s need for innovative, realistic & user-friendly tools.
