Adelaide Oh is an established leader with extensive experience in student engagement and project management. Currently serving as the President of MIT IEEE/ACM since February 2017, Adelaide facilitates community-building initiatives for EECS students and acts as a liaison to the computer science department at MIT. As the Trash 2 Treasure Lead for MIT UA Sustainability, Adelaide has successfully organized the diversion of significant amounts of gently used items. Additionally, Adelaide has experience as a private tutor specializing in aiding students with learning disabilities and language barriers. Previous internships at Raptor Maps, Inc. and Voatz have provided valuable project management and policy insight, complemented by early volunteer work with WashoeDems. Adelaide holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
