Dean la Rosa

Dean La Rosa, a Senior Member of IEEE since May 2024, currently serves as the Business Leader and Owner of Transformational Innovative Solutions LLC, focusing on business transformation and product development. La Rosa mentors undergraduate and graduate students at both the New York Institute of Technology and Stony Brook University while contributing to the Tesla Science Center at Wardenclyffe as a volunteer. Previously, La Rosa held leadership roles at Zebra Technologies, including Global Senior Director of Product Design Engineering and Global Director of Engineering, and at Motorola as Director of RF Engineering. La Rosa's extensive experience in engineering and product innovation is complemented by educational credentials in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from New York University and New York Institute of Technology, respectively.
