Ihor Vlasov

Ihor Vlasov is a prominent figure in the fintech and banking sectors, currently serving as Co-Founder at BankStore and General Partner at N5 Bank, both since 2023. Vlasov has been actively involved with Several organizations, including as a Board Member at Only U bank and a Mentor at AF Media Agency, starting in 2024. Since 2018, Vlasov has also held the position of Head of the Ukraine Blockchain Group at IEEE. Previous roles include serving as a Fintech interviewer at Coinstelegram and Founding Partner at KYC-PAY Ltd until 2023, as well as CFO for the Global Ecosystem "Animal-ID" and Chief Business Development Officer & Compliance Manager at Fintech United Group. Vlasov's educational background includes a combined Bachelor and Master degree in Banking and Financial Support Services and a Bachelor degree in Law from Kyiv National Economic University.
