John Tracy

John Tracy has extensive experience in program management and education within the IEEE organization, currently serving as the CEE Program Manager for Conference Education since 2013, where responsibilities include producing educational programs and conducting gap analyses of the training portfolio. Prior to this role, John Tracy developed a comprehensive suite of training for conference organizers as the Program Manager for Volunteer Education. From 2010 to 2012, John Tracy was the Conference Content Manager at IEEE, overseeing the quality and budgeting of conferences. Earlier career experience includes various marketing and communications roles at UPS from 1988 to 2009, culminating in the position of Northeast Region Marketing Communications Manager. John Tracy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership from Manhattan University.
