Kaizer Contreras is a mixed background engineer with a focus on transcranial ultrasound and related fields. They led sonoporation cryopreservation research at Washington State University from 2019 to 2022, where they designed ultrasonic experimental setups and conducted technical presentations on various acoustic properties. Currently, Kaizer serves as the Chair for the IEEE-UFFC Seattle Branch and previously worked as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Marqe INC and an Ultrasound Research Engineer at the University of Washington. Kaizer holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Washington State University and certificates in Therapeutic Ultrasound and 3D CAD Design from Bellevue College and Université de Lyon.
