Meenakshi Panda

Meenakshi Panda is a seasoned technology executive currently serving as a Council Member for Forbes Technology Council since June 2024, contributing thought leadership to the publication. At Capital One, Meenakshi has held the position of Director of Software Engineering since October 2014, leading the development of the DevExchange API Gateway and overseeing significant technology programs. Previous roles at Capital One include Senior Manager and IT Manager, with extensive expertise in cloud migration, cybersecurity, and Agile methodologies. Meenakshi is also a Senior IEEE Member and Paper Reviewer, actively participating in advancing technology through the IEEE organization.
