Mona Ghassemi

Mona Ghassemi, Ph.D., P.Eng., SMIEEE, serves on the editorial board of IEEE Electrical Insulation Magazine and acts as Vice-President (Technical) of the IEEE Dielectrics and Electrical Insulation Society (DEIS). Ghassemi is an Associate Editor for IEEE Transactions on Dielectrics and Electrical Insulation, Elsevier's Power Electronic Devices and Components, IEEE Transactions on Industry Applications, and IET High Voltage Journal. As an Associate Professor at The University of Texas at Dallas, Ghassemi holds the Texas Instruments Early Career Award in Electrical and Computer Engineering. Academic qualifications include a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Tehran and a Master's Degree in the same field from the same institution.
