Robin Katchen

Robin Katchen possesses extensive experience in human resources information systems and analytics. As a Senior Manager at IEEE since 2017, Robin oversees the management and implementation of Fusion HCM applications, covering core HR functions, benefits, compensation, performance management, talent acquisition, reporting, and global analytics. Prior experience includes serving as an HR Technology Partner in 2016, where technical leadership was provided for HR business solutions, and holding two director roles at Pearson Education from 1992 to 2016, focusing on HR product management and application development. Earlier in the career, Robin worked as a Lead Programmer at Capital Cities ABC from 1983 to 1986. Robin earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Hartford.
