Rupa Paranjape

Rupa Paranjape is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in risk management, internal audit, and financial operations. Currently serving as the Chief Audit Executive at IEEE since 2013, Rupa leads the Internal Audit Department, overseeing risk assessment and strategic initiatives. Prior experience includes co-founding and serving as CEO of Kraytis, Inc., where Rupa developed investment management software for professional investors, and managing risk and compliance programs at Metlife. Rupa has held various leadership positions at Tyco, RCN, Andersen Consulting, and Oracle Corporation, demonstrating a strong background in corporate governance, financial systems, and technology implementations. Rupa holds an MBA from Cornell University, is a Chartered Accountant, and earned a Bachelor's degree in Business from the University of Mumbai.
