Sandra Kusant

Sandra Kusant is a strategic and creative professional currently serving as the Head of Global Learning & Development at IEEE. With extensive experience in design, program, and project management, they have held leadership roles across various companies, including as the Head of Learning & People Development at L'Oréal and Vice President of Operations at the Center for Evidence-Based Education. Sandra began their career as a Senior Technical Support Analyst at Morgan Stanley and later progressed to various positions within Merrill Lynch and other organizations. They earned a BA in Education from Rider University, where they studied from 1995 to 1999.
