Brian Murphy

Brian Murphy is a dynamic leader with a robust background in Learning & Development, currently serving as the Global Head of Learning & Development at NTT DATA, Inc. They previously held significant roles at AstraZeneca, where they led global learning strategies, and Microsoft, where they focused on re-imagining career development. With a history of transforming organizations such as Citi, Brian has successfully implemented strategies that prioritize human-centered work redesign and skills development. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Business and a Master's in International Relations from Dublin City University, along with additional training from UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business. A Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Personnel and Development and a Fellow of the Learning & Performance Institute, Brian champions the integration of learning with organizational performance.
