Shilpa Varghese

Shilpa Varghese is a seasoned professional in Oracle technologies, currently serving as a Senior Oracle Fusion Lead at IEEE since April 2023. Previously, Shilpa worked as a Consultant at Deloitte from May 2020 to October 2022, where leadership of three major clients and delivery of over six mergers and acquisitions were notable achievements. Prior experience includes a role as a Senior Software Engineer at Cognizant, specializing in Oracle Fusion HCM and Oracle EBS-Cloud integration, and as a Senior System Engineer at Infosys, focusing on Oracle EBS technical development and finance modules. Shilpa holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Information Technology from Usha Mittal Institute of Technology for Women, completed in 2016.
