Stephanie H. is a distinguished technology leader with extensive experience in cybersecurity and data management. Currently serving as a Distinguished Engineer at RBC since November 2022, Stephanie H. also holds advisory roles at the Rogers Cybersecure Catalyst and the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada, focusing on secure AI and innovation in financial security. Previously, as a Chief Technology Officer at IBM from 2005 to 2022, Stephanie H. led initiatives in cybersecurity and data privacy, and contributed to significant advancements in Master Data Management. Additionally, Stephanie H. is an active member of IEEE and OASIS, participating in the development of standards for synthetic data and cybersecurity operations. Education includes executive training from Harvard Business School and a degree from Western University.
