Theodore McCullough

Theodore McCullough is an experienced legal professional with a robust background in intellectual property and legal strategy across several major technology companies. Currently serving as an Associate Editor for the IEEE journal "Transactions on Technology and Society," McCullough reviews submissions related to the societal implications of technology, including AI and machine learning. In a dual role at Adobe, McCullough is the Director of Legal for Adobe DX, where responsibilities include leading legal strategy for strategic partnerships and product initiatives. Previously, McCullough held senior legal positions at Adobe Marketo, EMC, and Hewlett-Packard, providing counsel on complex business and legal issues. Early experience includes patent prosecution and strategic portfolio development as a Patent Attorney at Schwegman, Lundberg & Woessner, and legal drafting at various law firms.
