Blake Haney

Blake Haney, PE, NSSA AP, serves as the Vice President of Structural Engineering at IEG Innovative Engineering Group, a role held since April 2024, contributing to the firm's reputation as a leader in engineering through collaboration with architects and other engineering disciplines. Prior to this position, Blake was a Senior Structural Project Engineer at Huckabee from October 2019 to April 2024 and previously worked as a Structural Project Engineer at JQ from June 2017 to October 2019, where involvement included various building projects at all stages. Early career experiences included internships at G & A Consultants, POWER Engineers, Frank Dale Construction, and a student technician role at Texas A&M Utilities & Energy Services. Blake holds both a Master of Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University, along with a High School Diploma from Decatur High School.
