Dimitri Lara

Dimitri Lara is an experienced professional in regulatory affairs and program management, currently serving as an Analyst II in Regulatory Affairs at IEHP since October 2022, where analysis of compliance issues and inquiries is performed. Prior experience includes over five years at the Council on Aging - Southern California, where Dimitri managed the HICAP program for San Bernardino County, focusing on compliance with California Department of Aging standards, report generation, program management, and the successful expansion of counseling sites. Dimitri's background also includes roles as a HICAP Operations Specialist and Counselor, as well as experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Anaheim Global Medical Center and an External Affairs Intern with the California Department of State Hospitals. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration from California State University, Long Beach, and an Associate of Arts in Administration & Information Systems from Riverside City College.
