Heather Waters

Heather Waters, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience in behavioral health. Currently, Heather serves as the Director of Complex Children and Family Services at IEHP, where they educate and manage a provider network of over 95 specialty providers. Previously, Heather held various roles within IEHP, including Supervisor of Population Health, and has also worked as a Youth Supervisor III at Community Service Programs and a Children's Social Worker III with the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services. Heather earned a Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Psychology from the University of California, Irvine.
