Lyndsey Beets

Lyndsey Beets (Apodaca) is an experienced professional with a diverse background in quality improvement, project management, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as a Quality Improvement Facilitator II at IEHP since January 2015, Lyndsey utilizes Lean principles to drive organizational projects and improvement initiatives. Previous roles include Lean Process Improvement Facilitator II and Project Specialist within the Care Management Department. As the owner and florist of Blyssful Blooms since 2009, Lyndsey specializes in creating unique and memorable events and weddings. Earlier experience includes positions at Altura Credit Union as a Technical Writer and various roles in financial institutions, showcasing a strong foundation in customer service and technical documentation. Lyndsey holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership - Healthcare from Claremont Lincoln University and multiple professional certificates in project management and technical writing from the University of California, Riverside.
