Nicole Lacroix

Nicole Lacroix, MSOL, MBA, PMP has a strong background in strategy, program management, and lean process improvement. Nicole is currently serving as the Director of Strategy at IEHP, where they oversee strategic planning and implementation. Prior to this role, Nicole held positions as a Program Manager and Lean Process Improvement Manager at the same company.

Before joining IEHP, Nicole worked as a Sr. Process Improvement / Project Manager at the University of California Office of the President, where they focused on process improvement, project management, and strategic business process analysis.

Nicole also gained valuable experience at Esri, where they served as an Ed Business Operations professional, managing process improvement initiatives, conducting strategic business analysis, and handling off-shore account management and contracts.

Earlier in their career, Nicole worked at Freudenberg Medical, where they specialized in program and quoting as well as lean process improvement. Nicole was responsible for strategic business and marketing analysis, program costing, and implementing lean process improvement methodologies.

Nicole's previous experience includes a role as a Project Manager at F. Rodgers Specialty Contractor and as a Project Manager/Commercial Sales Estimator at Paragon Schmid Building Products, where they utilized their project management skills and expertise in cost estimating.

Nicole Lacroix holds a Master of Science degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of Redlands School of Business & Society. Nicole also has a Certification in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Villanova University and a Certification in Project Management from the University of Redlands. Nicole obtained their M.B.A., Master of Business Administration, from the University of Phoenix and their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the same institution. In addition, Nicole has obtained certifications as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Villanova University in 2016 and as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in February 2016.
