Remington Paul

Remington Paul currently serves as the Director of Member Services at IEHP since March 2023. With extensive experience in healthcare service delivery, Remington previously held the position of Associate Vice President, Service Delivery Head for US Health at Wipro Digital Operations and Platforms from November 2020 to November 2022, overseeing multi-site call center operations and claims processing. Prior to that, Remington was the Director of Business Operations at Centene Corporation, managing Health Insurance Marketplace functions and enhancing process efficiencies. Remington also held key roles at Maximus, including Project Director and Director of Operations, managing Medicaid enrollment and operations. Early career experience includes a Vice President role at Wells Fargo, focusing on customer service and sales management. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Project Management from Aspen University, a Certificate in Accounting from Santa Clara University, and a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Thomas Edison State University.
