William Floyd has extensive experience in management and information technology, currently serving as a Service and Delivery Manager at IEHP since March 2003. In this role, William has developed a strong skill set in overseeing service delivery operations. Prior to this, William held the position of IT Supervisor at Primecare from 1998 to 2003. Additionally, William retired from Catching the Waves in March 2019. William holds an Associate of Arts degree in Management Information Systems and Services from the University of Phoenix.
