Gabriel Licha is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in reporting, data management, and project oversight across various industries. Currently serving as Section Chief of Reporting and Data Systems at IEM since March 2023, Gabriel previously held managerial roles at HORNE, where responsibilities included overseeing report development and data management for significant government programs in Puerto Rico, along with IT team recruitment. Prior experience includes being a Business Analyst at Popular, managing a substantial IT project portfolio and developing dashboards for senior management, as well as roles at cbc, Nielsen, and Infopaginas focused on revenue management, data analysis, and media consulting. Gabriel holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras.
